Natural efficiency

Our timber buildings were developed in Finland, renowned for its harsh winters, and are incredibly thermal efficient - reducing your heating bills and CO2 emissions. To reduce this even further, we dozens of technologies available, including: water recovery, heat recovery and ground source heat pumps.

Breathe easy

We only use solid Glu Laminated timber which is naturally breathable, and the walls are not sealed with any plastics or chemicals.

This increases the indoor air quality and denies the conditions in which microbes, fungus or allergenic dust can flourish.
